  1. The power of his peace of mind in accordance with the right excitement based on yoga exercises and cross-country runs are bundled up in order to soundly realise the optimum concept for your debiting management. 

  1. After termination of the high school he took up his studies of economics at the Cologne university in 1982. His First Class graduation and the work in his father's company formed the ideal basis for his employment with the Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG which started in the autumn of 1989. He worked in the Hamburg headquarters for several months and then he started his successful career in the Cologne branch of the Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG 1990. He was very successful in the acquisition in the fields of credit and guarantee insurance as well as factoring. An essential contribution to his success was the establishment of a communication and relation network comprising bankers, credit agencies, industrial consultants and tax advisers. This way of acquisition and servicing of clients and the resultant success made such a positive impression on the Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG that Mr. Flück was asked to develop new seminars for the entire field staff. 

  1. The successful fulfilment of these tasks formed the basis of his entrepreneurial attitude and the wish for a new challenge which was realised when Mr. Flück and Mr. Vogt, based on many tennis matches and the positive and fruitful competition at the Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG, helped to create the optimum team which rapidly developed the GfK into on of the leading and most creative specialised brokers in Germany. This positive development has resulted from the assumption that credit insurance and factoring as essential factors of receivables management must be tailored to the company's requirements. The resultant creative process of developing a tailor-made concept and the permanent adjustment to the changing requirements of the company are the optimum preconditions for a fruitful cooperation with our clients.
